Oil Jefe's Chimichurri
Yields 1 cup of chimichurri sauce.
- 1 jalapeño (seeds removed)
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 head of parsley (stems removed)
- 1 lemon - zested and juiced
- 2 tbsp OIL JEFE Jalapeño Cherry Bomb Chili Oil
- Â½ tsp salt
- Â¼ tsp pepper (pinch)
- Â¼ cup olive oil (extra virgin preferably)
- Place all ingredients except for the olive oil in the food processor and pulse.
- Add the Olive oil slowly while pulsing. I typically add 1/8th of a cup, pulse then add the remaining.
