  • 1 Pound Ground Pork
  • 1 Package of Wonton Wrappers
  • 2 Tbsp Chinese Five Spice
  • 10 Whole Black Peppercorns
  • 3 Garlic Cloves
  • ½ Cup Chopped Parsley
  • 1 Fl oz. OIL JEFE Jalapeño Cherry Bomb Chili Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Chopped Ginger
  • 2 Tbsp Miso Paste
  • 1 Fl oz. Sesame Oil
  • 1 Fl oz. Rice Vinegar
  • TT Salt & Pepper


  1. Cook Pork until brown & crispy (cast iron preferred)
  2. Mix together Peppercorns, Garlic, Ginger, Parsley (use of a mortar & Pestle preferred) until it becomes a paste
  3. Add Sesame oil, Rice Vinegar, Miso (soybean paste), Salt & Pepper to the above and combine
  4. Combine Pork, Spices, JCB OIL JEFE and mix well
  5. Place a small spoon full of the pork mixture in the center of the Wonton and rub water around the perimeter. Make sure once you fold over the wrapper that you pinch the wonton very well to seal.
  6. Place wontons on a tray and put in the freezer for about 15 minutes.
  7. Now that the Wontons are firm itss time to fry them up in some Grass-fed butter.
  8. Frying time is roughly about 10-15 minutes on a medium heat.
  9. Drizzle OIL JEFE Jalapeño Cherry Bomb Chili Oil over the dish. Thats it! Time to eat!
